About Mountain Nest Gallery

We are a gallery of regional art and craft located in Black Mountain, NC, featuring over 100 artists who live and work in the area. Our collection includes: original oil, acrylic, and watercolor paintings; fine art prints on both paper and canvas; handmade jewelry in silver, gold, and other fine metals; blown glass vessels and jewelry; beautiful and functional pottery; and even more work in other mediums such as wooden bowls, bark baskets, corn shuck dolls, and steel metal sculptures.

Mountain Nest Gallery was honored to be featured in the May 2017 issue of The Laurel Of Asheville, a magazine covering the art and culture of Western North Carolina communities. The gallery was included in their Shop Talk section where we shared our vision for the gallery and how we became its new owners, as well as how we ended up in Black Mountain, NC.
